We had vanilla junket and strawberry flavour too! Maybe it's all been replaced by all the little plastic pots of sweetened, additive filled deserts on the supermarket shelves. I have such fond memories of eating junket at my grandmothers house. my mum could never get it to set properly and it ended up a watery mess whereas my nan's was always perfect with nutmeg sprinkled on top. You've inspired me to go and buy some rennet to give it a go. I wonder what my kids will make of it?
